Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan. The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This includes conducting training needs analyses, creating instructional materials, coordinating and conducting workshops, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning training initiatives with company objectives will also be key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Training and Instructional Design
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas
• Customer Service skills to address learning needs and build positive relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead training sessions confidently
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar training or development role is highly desirable
