Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center representative, located in Heliopolis. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, responding to client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer support. Other responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and contributing to enhancing the overall patient experience through clear and effective communication. The ideal candidate will play a key role in representing the center while managing relationships with current and potential clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing Contact Centers
- Excellent Communication abilities to address client inquiries effectively and professionally
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy for appointment scheduling, data entry, and record management
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or a healthcare setting is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a bonus
