EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Development Industry Legal Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for the legal Manager. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the company, with a primary focus on real estate transactions, contracts, land acquisition, sales agreements, and regulatory compliance, ensuring full legal protection for the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).

From 10 to 12 years of legal experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian real estate laws, property regulations, and contracts.

Proven experience dealing with developers, contractors, and governmental authorities.
