RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of landscape design concepts from initial sketches to detailed drawings.
- Preparing high-quality design packages, including plans, sections, and landscape details.
- Assisting in the creation of presentation materials such as mood boards, 3D visuals, and diagrams.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to align landscape designs with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Participating in site analysis, research, and the preparation of design reports.
- Contributing to the preparation of tender packages and construction documentation under supervision.
- Attending project meetings and providing design input during various project stages.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in landscape design.
- Exposure to regional projects (GCC or MENA) is a plus.
You should also demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good communication and coordination skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Revit or BIM tools in landscape projects is an advantage.
