• Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance to achieve production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery, equipment, and production lines, minimizing downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production procedures, work instructions, and process improvements.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and automation to streamline manufacturing operations.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of LED lighting systems or electronic manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with international quality and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
