Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the production floor to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of medical garments, including sterile surgical gowns, patient gowns, caps, masks, overshoes, and drapes.
• Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources and personnel to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely delivery of finished products.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and compliance to senior management.
• Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to medical garment manufacturing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards in medical garment manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
