Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Cairo , Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes identifying, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates to align with the company's goals. Additional responsibilities include facilitating employee onboarding programs, maintaining active communication with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring and recruitment processes within the retail (supermarket) sector.
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in Egypt is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
