الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description

Daily supervision of technical maintenance activities and monitoring their execution
Participating in the preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance plans
Monitoring technicians’ performance and ensuring quality of work
Handling recurring and moderately complex technical breakdowns
Preparing maintenance reports and submitting them to management
Coordinating with contractors under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
Assisting in identifying technical requirements and spare parts needs

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience in maintenance
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
