- Submit and finalize the plan for corrective & preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines Machines.
- Analysis spare parts required for all production lines machines.
- Ensure availability of spare parts in coordination with warehouse and procurement
- Responsible for all PR requests for spare parts and follow up until finalize the cycle of PR.
- Conduct regular inspections to evaluate machinery conditions and diagnose problems.
- Ensure up-to-date machinery logs and conduct performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any anticipated safety risk or safety standard violation.
- Analysis and follow-up of all complaints related to maintenance coming from production departments.
- Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.
- Directs, coordinates, and supervises all mechanical and electrical maintenance in production lines.
- Responsible for developing each one in the team and maintain providing them with the needed training programs to enhance their technical skills and all of this comes with developing the production procedures itself.
- Responsible for checking power system and power electric.
- Review the maintenance record and perform the functions of checking and diagnosing faults in accordance with the approved maintenance requests, compiling and preparing the relevant maintenance requirements statement.
- Complete the examination and repair form and prepare a report on development proposals.
- Distribution and follow-up of maintenance tasks and procedures in accordance with the approved maintenance request.
