Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Dokki. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs, both in-person and online, to support the development of employees. Tasks will include conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, leading workshops, and evaluating training outcomes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
🔹𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔ Manage and follow up all training activities from the company’s office in Cairo, supporting the company and its branches in Riyadh.
✔ Design and develop annual training plans aligned with business and operational needs.
✔ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and align training programs with organizational objectives.
✔ Prepare and document 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬, including criteria for trainer selection.
✔ Design and develop training materials (training manuals, presentations, and learning content).
✔ Coordinate and deliver training programs (classroom and virtual).
✔Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes.
✔ Prepare periodic training reports and performance indicators.
✔ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.
