Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing tenants, promoting and leasing available spaces, and managing the end-to-end leasing process. You will conduct property tours, negotiate terms, analyze market trends, and ensure tenant satisfaction throughout the leasing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of leasing activities and collaborating with marketing and other teams to enhance tenant experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with tenants and negotiate deals.
- Knowledge of leasing processes, real estate market trends, and property management standards.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies for property promotion and tenant retention.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle leasing documentation and maintain leasing records.
- Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing role with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
