Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting company products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing product training when required, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience providing Training to clients or internal teams to ensure effective product utilization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the construction or industrial equipment industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and a working knowledge of market research techniques.
