EgyCham is hiring Retail Sales Manager for one of our clients in Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Giza. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and developing strategies to enhance customer experience. The role will involve managing and training a sales team, monitoring sales performance, addressing customer concerns, and implementing promotional campaigns to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales management, especially with a background in Food & Beverage
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for handling staff and interacting with customers effectively
• Expertise in enhancing Customer Experience and building relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team
• Proficiency in retail management software and familiarity with industry trends
