Health & Safety Supervisor (HSE Supervisor)

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid Qawader (Kawader) Occupational Health & Safety Certificate – Mandatory

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Health & Safety / HSE supervision
• Good knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and Civil Defense requirements
• Ability to work in site-based environments

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures on site
• Ensure workers’ compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents; prepare daily and weekly HSE reports
• Assist in accident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Deliver daily safety briefings and Toolbox Talks
• Monitor work permits and safety plans
• Coordinate with site management to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with Civil Defense and relevant regulatory authorities

• Ability to work under pressure and independently
