Responsibilities

• Implementing and updating security policies, programs and plans issued by administrative decisions and presenting the aspects of development that can be introduced either at the plant level or on all plants.
• Report any violation or malfunction in industrial security, fire prevention and follow-up of the efficiency of fire equipment and equipment, professional safety and food safety.
• Make sure that all employees are secured while they are inside their premises and while entering and exiting the gates.
• Ensure that all visitors have been properly identified using the available equipment to ensure that they are not carrying any illegal items.
• Ensure that all foreign workers have been inspected during safe entry and exit using the available equipment to ensure that they do not carry any company prohibitions or products.
• Ensure that the company's property is secured and that it is not robbed, looted or deliberately vandalized.
• Report any malfunction in the security equipment and follow up on the efficiency of the equipment and equipment continuously.
• Make sure that all the equipment and the company's files are secured, spare parts, equipment, mechanical, electrical and electronic machinery, and the exit of it should be accompanied by pepsico employee with written approval.

• Follow-up of the money transfer cars inside the plant and take the investigation of the personality of the crew of the car and check if it matches with the disclosure that the Financial Department reported to him for security and dangers and prevention in case of disagreement as well as the appointment of a security personnel with the car until exit.
• Review and make all inputs in the security records and confirm the authenticity of their data and record any violation in the daily report and present it to its direct manager.
• Coordinating the working times of the security force members of the plant so that the plant is covered by security 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays - distributing tasks to security guards, supervising them and reviewing their tasks assigned to them.

• Supervising the good appearance of the security guards and making sure that they are wearing their uniforms and taking the necessary exercises and courses according to the contract.
• Supervising the proof of the presence and departure of security guards according to the administrative system followed with the work of detecting delays, absences and irregularities and offering to its direct manager of accreditation and notifying the manager competent in the public administration.
• Responsible for evaluating any new security individual and agreeing that he conforms to the conditions and specifications in the contract and to ensure that he is able to master writing and reading and carry out simple calculations.
• Paricipation in the presence of waste committees, execution committees or any committee may be new following written and explicit guidance from its direct manager.
• Supervising and verifying the quantities of products issued and coming from the market and coordinating them with the finances to account for the differences between them financially.
• Coordination and agreement with the plant manager to identify the entrance and exit gates for employees and visitors, daily labor and cars of all kinds, and distribute security tasks to the gates based on this determination with the situation taking into account the possibility of unifying those gates from what leads to the reduction of security personnel - provided the approval of its direct manager and the manager of the plant and any other manager who has direct responsibility in this decision.
• Direct responsibility for the site keyboard, in which a copy of all office and store keys that are used in emergency is retained.
• Immediate reporting of all important facts in the plant to the direct manager and the general management operations room with all the facts and the occurrence of developments that may occur until the end of the event.
• Review the recording of cameras in a day-to-day manner to make sure that there are no irregularities, such as providing the required evidence in the event of any accidents, irregularities or thefts.
• Conducting a written official investigation in cases of theft, irregularities or security facts and providing evidence or witnesses about the incident.

• Responsible for carrying out security exercises for security guards obtained from his direct manager and making sure that they understand them and the quality of application and implementation.
• Speed of action and reporting of need to strengthen when there is a shortage of guards.
• Take surprise samples of camera recordings to make sure there are no irregularities that have not been monitored.
• Carry out an insurance plan within the lines during the years, promotional campaigns and competitions
