Responsibilities
- Implementing and updating security policies, programs and plans issued by administrative decisions and presenting the aspects of development that can be introduced either at the plant level or on all plants.
- Report any violation or malfunction in industrial security, fire prevention and follow-up of the efficiency of fire equipment and equipment, professional safety and food safety.
- Make sure that all employees are secured while they are inside their premises and while entering and exiting the gates.
- Ensure that all visitors have been properly identified using the available equipment to ensure that they are not carrying any illegal items.
- Ensure that all foreign workers have been inspected during safe entry and exit using the available equipment to ensure that they do not carry any company prohibitions or products.
- Ensure that the company's property is secured and that it is not robbed, looted or deliberately vandalized.
- Report any malfunction in the security equipment and follow up on the efficiency of the equipment and equipment continuously.
- Make sure that all the equipment and the company's files are secured, spare parts, equipment, mechanical, electrical and electronic machinery, and the exit of it should be accompanied by pepsico employee with written approval.
- Follow up the implementation of administrative procedures for the entry and exit of all cars and individuals, ensure the implementation of inspection procedures from the security and procedural aspects, review their registration with books and records at the end of the shift and make a daily report to the direct manager.
- Follow-up of the money transfer cars inside the plant and take the investigation of the personality of the crew of the car and check if it matches with the disclosure that the Financial Department reported to him for security and dangers and prevention in case of disagreement as well as the appointment of a security personnel with the car until exit.
- Review and make all inputs in the security records and confirm the authenticity of their data and record any violation in the daily report and present it to its direct manager.
- Coordinating the working times of the security force members of the plant so that the plant is covered by security 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays - distributing tasks to security guards, supervising them and reviewing their tasks assigned to them.
