Job Description

Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll sheets for all group companies.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances.
Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee data (new hires, transfers, resignations, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
Reconcile payroll data with attendance systems and HR records.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external auditors regarding payroll reports and requirements.
Generate monthly payroll reports, salary slips, and year-end statements.
Monitor and implement changes in payroll policies, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
Safeguard confidentiality of employee payroll information.
Generate HR reports and support audits when required.
Prepare, review, and process monthly settlements for new hires, resigned employees, etc.)
Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of labor law, taxes, and social insurance.
Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and attendance systems.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
