Job Description

Identify customer challenges and propose tailored solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients across industrial sectors.
Provide technical consultations and support to customers — understand their needs, recommend optimal solutions, and prepare quotations/proposals.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing customer deals for fluid power products, systems, and services.
Collaborate with engineering, service, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in fluid power.

Job Requirements

Greater Cairo resident only
Completion/exemption of military service
BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in a technical engineering field
Arabic and professional English (listening, written and spoken) for technical training, discussions, reporting, and international interactions.
preferred valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits across Egypt.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, email, technical drawing/viewing software).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present ideas clearly and build trust with clients.
Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and results-oriented.
