Benchmark competitors and define specs, timelines & budgets

Mentor and grow a high-performing R&D team

Skills

Bachelor's/Master’s in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering

7–12 years’ R&D experience in HVAC/appliances (3+ years in leadership)

Strong grasp of refrigeration, compressors, airflow, and control systems

Skilled in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, CFD

Familiar with BEE, CE, RoHS standards

Project management excellence & innovation mindset

Preferred: Experience with inverter/window/commercial ACs & smart IoT feature
