Job Description

Receive the production plan (or operation orders) to create work orders for each machine and then distribute them to machine supervisors for implementation.
Solve problems that may disrupt or hinder production and that may appear when analyzing the production report.
Exploiting the expertise of department supervisors to improve quality and raise production rates.
Providing the production department needs (tools, raw materials, etc.) and what it needs (disbursements, purchase orders, correspondence, etc.).
The ability to make decisions that benefit the interest of production.
An expert in sheet metal fabrication and aluminum assembly is well-versed in the properties and characteristics of different types of sheet metal and aluminum alloys. They have a deep understanding of how various metals behave under different conditions, including factors such as strength, ductility, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity. This expertise enables them to select the most suitable materials for specific applications, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Study our production line and improve.
Monitor the production according to the plan and Communicate with the direct manager regarding any delays or any production circumstances.
Suggest recommendations and corrective action improves the product according to faced issues.
Generate the implementation of the production plan as per the planned schedule in a way that maximizes the production efficiency of the machinery.
Report the production progress regarding each order to the plant manager, and coordinate with the quality department for the finished product approvals.
Ensure the proper delivery of the approved products to the final product warehouse, and update the SAP with the produced product that had been delivered to the warehousing.
Organize daily tasks and their priorities with production technicians and workers to fulfill the daily plan.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor; proficient in SolidWorks.
Experience using SAP Business One.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, organization, and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills and very good English.
High attention to detail.
