Job Description
- Oversee and manage the full production process, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations, equipment safety standards, hygiene requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Operate, set up, adjust, and optimize crushing, milling, granulation, and packaging equipment according to approved formulas, batch sizes, and production parameters.
- Continuously monitor production processes using meters, gauges, and instrumentation to identify deviations, inefficiencies, or equipment malfunctions, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, including analysis of physical material properties, powder and granule size distribution, and other relevant quality parameters to ensure products meet established specifications.
- Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials and minimize waste throughout the production cycle.
- Support production planning by managing production output in line with shift, daily, weekly, and monthly targets, in close coordination with Quality and Sales teams.
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues to improve productivity, efficiency, and product consistency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production engineering role.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize production processes in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment setup, and process optimization.
