Hiring: Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help identify and manage off-market, distressed property owners for a real estate investing business.
This role focuses on homeowner data and direct mail campaigns — not LinkedIn or B2B lead generation.

What You’ll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities
- :Build targeted property lists of motivated sellers using DealMachine / PropStrea
- m(absentee owners, pre-foreclosure, probate, estate sales, tax delinquent, etc.
- )Perform skip tracing to find accurate homeowner phone numbers and email addresse
- sManage direct mail campaigns (postcards & letters): upload leads, schedule mail, and track response
- sImport and manage leads in GoHighLevel CRM, updating pipelines and maintaining clean dat
