Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell our products/services by engaging directly with customers in outdoor or field environments. This role involves building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door, on-site, or field sales activities
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories
- Present and explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
- Ability to work independently and outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable meeting new people and handling objections
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
