Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work in the Technical Office, handling mechanical MEP systems from design review to shop drawings and coordination. The role includes preparing technical submittals, BOQs, material approvals, and supporting site teams with technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in MEP Technical Office.
- Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
- Good knowledge of codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, local codes).
- Experience in BOQs, material take-offs, and technical coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in contracting or MEP companies is preferred.
