Job Description:

The Stock Control Supervisor should supervise and control the CV Service centers spare parts for specific brand and take responsibility to keep stock healthy . Ensure that service centers requirements are fulfilled in timely manner and procedure are well performed and coordinated.

• Prepare spare parts purchase orders and follow up with the wholesale’s stock control team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze stock and operational plans for ensuring adequate stock availability of all products across all service centers to ensure high fill rate.
• Monitor trends and forecast on sales channels assumptions.
• Increase Stock order and reduce VOR orders percent to be less than 5 %.
• Study lost sales and Backordered reports.
• Prepare and plan the sales campaigns for service centers.
• Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Analyze stock movement and inventory trends to optimize stock levels.
• Planning inventory control ـ Parts and VOR, Create PR & PO
• Monitor stocks in each location in the company and, where needed, advise Product Management to take action parts that have inadequate stocks.
• Demand and supply planning through participation in weekly /monthly demand sessions.
• Reviewing, setting up, and ensuring best practices in inventory and stock management

Job Requirements:

• Special Certification or Training Required: Lean Manufacturing and Inventory management.
• Computer skills & and applies the full range of concepts and practices of the specialty field.
• Required industry experience : 3-5 years of Experience
• Excellent Command of English (Verbal and Written)
