Job Description
We need someone to start immediately.
- Handle and process client orders through the Plantcult website
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
- Assist the Operations Manager with on-ground sourcing and supplier-related tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchase orders
- Support warehouse efficiency and daily operations
- Conduct quality control checks before order dispatch
- Create and maintain operational reports using Excel / Google Sheets
Location: El Mansoreya, transportation provided from Dandy mall/Saliba Mansoreya/nearest point for public transportation.
Job Requirements
Plantcult is hiring an Operations & purchasing Associate
(Reports to the Operations Manager)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Full availability required (full-time position)
- Comfortable working between our farm-based operations office, regular on-ground sourcing tasks, and work-from-home days.
Preferably residing in October or Haram / close to Mansoreya
