Job Description

Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, documenting key performance indicators and progress.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Assist in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and technology.
Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain ISO and food safety certifications.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Production Mechanics, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Proven experience in process optimization and production line management.
Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards in manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to lead and train production teams.
Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing production demands.
