Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor at KHL Real Estate Co., located in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with property management, guiding them through real estate investments, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include advising clients on property-related decisions, analyzing financial information, managing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to add value to their investment portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of property management and real estate operations
• Understanding of investment strategies and financial analysis
• Ability to provide professional guidance and build lasting client relationships
• Passion for real estate and an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)
