Job Description:
The Warehouse Section Head is responsible for managing and supervising all warehouse operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables. The role ensures full compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations, while maintaining inventory integrity and uninterrupted material availability to support production and business operations.
The Warehouse Section Head oversees inbound and outbound activities, inventory control, material status management (quarantine, approved, rejected), and warehouse documentation. The role requires close coordination with Procurement, Planning, Quality Assurance, Production, and Finance teams to ensure timely material availability, accurate stock records, and effective space utilisation. The position also focuses on stock optimisation, loss prevention, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Pharma warehouse Management
