Job Purpose:
Identify, acquire grow a base of payroll customers in order to meet business objectives.
Develop the growth of long-term business relationship with targeted clients by providing them with substantial added value and High level of service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Achieve volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Undertake outside visits to new customers and save existing ones in coordination with the branch management.
- Stick to the weekly sales standards of performance in terms of number of visits and tele-calling.
- Introduce, explain, and sell payroll products clarifying all features to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Grow the number of existing payroll funded accounts in the assigned portfolio.
- Prepare all documents and ensure completeness of new accounts files to be ready for approval.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or any relative field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
