The ideal candidate for this role is a senior retail lending professional who will act as the subject matter expert for digital loan products, driving end-to-end product strategy, digital enablement, regulatory compliance, and portfolio growth in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary expert for retail loan products including personal finance, auto finance, mortgages, and credit cards
Design and launch digital-first lending products with instant approvals, real-time disbursements, and seamless servicing
Define and manage the loan product roadmap aligned with customer acquisition, profitability, and risk objectives
Translate business requirements into intuitive mobile and online loan journeys
Collaborate with UX/UI, IT, and Fintech partners to integrate LOS, credit bureaus, scoring engines, APIs, and digital signatures
Enable Straight Through Processing (STP) across loan origination, approvals, disbursement, and repayments
Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, consumer protection, and Shariah governance
Support UAT, product documentation, policies, and staff training
Monitor portfolio performance, NPL trends, and support data-driven risk management initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in retail lending, including 3–5 years in digital banking or Fintech-enabled lending
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Saudi retail lending market with strong SAMA and Shariah compliance exposure
Hands-on experience with digital loan origination systems, credit scoring engines, and core banking integration
Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle in a digital-first environment
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
