Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in Giza. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and managing properties. The role involves advising on property investments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge and expertise in Property Management and Investments to provide informed advice and solutions
• Understanding of Finance principles and the real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
