The Utilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all utilities and refrigeration systems across the French Fries factory (brand: Fregy’s). This role ensures reliable operation of critical infrastructure, energy efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of utilities performance to support uninterrupted production.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration and utilities management (food/FMCG preferred).

Proven track record in managing large-scale ammonia refrigeration plants, boilers, compressors, and generators.

Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, project management (PMP preferred), and cost optimization.

Leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in remote sites.

Technical expertise in utilities and refrigeration systems.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
