- Job Description:
01- Producing sheet metal products according to manufacturing orders received.
02- Creating a production plan to deliver the required products within the required timelines.
03- Optimize product cost, and Develop R&D Function as per the new methodologies to fulfill customers’ needs and satisfaction levels.
04- Monitor the production according to the plan and Communicate with the direct manager regarding any delays or any production circumstances.
05- Suggest recommendations and corrective action improve the product according to faced issues.
06- Generate the implementation of the production plan as per the planned schedule in a way that maximizes the production efficiency of the machinery.
07- Organize daily tasks and their priorities with production technicians and workers to fulfill the daily plan.
08- Communicating continuously and effectively with the different departments (purchasing, sales, etc.) to follow-up the implementation of the production plan and delivery within the required timelines.
09- Ensuring production follows and achieves quality standards.
10- Preparing and submitting periodical production
11- Submitting purchasing requests in a timely manner to the purchasing department based on material needs.
- Job Requirements:
01- BSc. in Engineering is a must (Production department).
02- Deep knowledge of production management
03- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
04- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
05- Leadership Skills

07- Problem-solving skills.
08- Excellent English (spoken and written) .
