Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Sheraton El Nozha . The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will be tasked with coordinating training programs and providing support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes in the construction field .
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills .
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills .
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team .
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field is preferred .
- Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring is a plus .
