Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact, and ensuring their advertising needs are met. This role includes developing and executing client account strategies, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently achieved. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and campaign performance while identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
Excellent Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to facilitate strong collaborations and provide top-notch service.
Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Project Management to set clear goals and manage deliverables effectively.
Experience in Digital Marketing and Advertising to develop and execute impactful campaigns for various platforms.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for interpreting campaign performance metrics and addressing client challenges.
Capability in Team Collaboration and Conflict Resolution for effective engagement with clients and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in tools such as CRM software is beneficial.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
