Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Property Advisor for an on-site role located in Cairo, NY. In this role, you will provide expert advice on property investments and management to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering tailored property solutions, managing client portfolios, analyzing investment opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining professional relationships. You will actively collaborate with clients and team members to deliver optimal results.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and deliver exceptional support
- Knowledge of Property Management and Investments, with the ability to provide expert guidance in these areas
- Understanding of Finance and market trends to identify valuable property opportunities
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and software related to property management
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
