Job Description:

Receiving

• Receiving the raw material and recording the results of the sampling process to ensure the quality of the final product.
• Making sure that the accepted raw materials comply with the company standards to meet the clients’ needs.
• Following up on the storage of the raw materials in the refrigerators and making sure to follow the FIFO (First in first out) within the manufacturing process to ease the process flow.
• Receiving the shift, reviewing the balance from the previous shift and delivering the same data at the end of the shift to ensure optimum communication between the teams.

Processing

• Following up on the manufacturing process to make sure that the product matches the required quality
• Following up on the status of the equipment and machines in order to ensure a smooth production process
• Taking several samples of the product during different production phases to make sure that it complies with the needed standards.
• Calculating the production rate per line per hour to achieve ultimate utilization.

Standards & Regulations

• Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards

Continuous Improvement

• Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the production on systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Health, Safety, & Environment

• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls across all the production to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
• Maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in production engineering.
• Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
• 1- 2 years of experience
