This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Sales position based in New Cairo. The Furniture Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to select furniture items that fit their preferences and space. Responsibilities will include managing retail sales, meeting sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the showroom to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include providing product knowledge, maintaining updated records of customer interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Retail Sales, Sales, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of Furniture products and the ability to provide detailed product information and recommendations
• Motivation to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and handling sales software
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
