Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, presenting product offerings to potential clients, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. The role may also involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance the product offering and align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Prospecting, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills
- Ability to Analyze Market Trends and formulate effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate contracts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is an advan
