Role Description
This full-time, on-site Property Advisor role is based in Cairo. As a Property Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing expert advice to clients about real estate options, managing property transactions, and assisting clients in making informed investment decisions. This role also involves building strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating seamless property buying, selling, or renting processes.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain relationships.
- Experience in Property Management and Investments to assist clients in analyzing and selecting the best opportunities.
- Basic understanding of Finance to provide guidance on property-related financial decisions and transactions.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a similar field is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software tool
