Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager based in Qesm El Maadi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, and developing strategic account plans. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and acting as the primary contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, account management, and customer success skills
- Strong organizational skills, project coordination, and ability to manage timelines and budgets
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business development abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or a related role
- Proficiency in industry tools and technologies relevant to account management
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
