Job Mission/Purpose :
Successful Candidate lead and oversee quality and EHS operations -under the direction of the Quality Senior Director- to ensure compliance with standards, providing training and guidance, managing budgets, and promoting a quality mindset across the Company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Head and monitor Quality activities to ensure the company’s products compliance with quality standards.
- Direct quality department operations, provide education, and train staff related to the quality & EHS arena.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance with core quality & EHS systems.
- Provide budget for all QA equipment, procedures, and department expenditure.
- Oversee, motivate, mentor, and evaluate Quality Department’s employees' performance.
- Gather, analyze and manage Quality & EHS related data.
- Coordinate committee activities enforcing quality improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy with minimum 15+ years experience in managing Quality Assurance and/or Validation activities.
- Master Degree Holder and/or Post graduate studies will be considered as an asset.
- Proven experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical companies is preferred.

- Organizational, leadership & communication skills are essential with high technical capabilities to promote a Quality mindset across the company
