Job Title: Sales Manager

Working Hours & Days: from 9 to 6 - friday
Full Time - On Site
Social and Medical Insurance: Yes - after 3 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food industry, specifically within the ice cream sector. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
- Strongly preferred experience in the Food & Beverage sector, specifically within the Ice Cream industry.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with major retail chains and partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Food sector is highly preferred, with a specific focus on Ice Cream being a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed
