Telesales / Outdoor Sales Representative (Banking background only)

Edu Cash is growing, and we’re looking for passionate Tele sales Representatives to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• Call potential customers and explain Edu Cash’s services.

• Build trust with clients and guide them through the application process.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Banking background is must (tele sales - Outdoor sales).
• Previous tele sales or call center experience is a plus.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

✔ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

✔ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔ Banking & Fintech ground is plus.

✔ Fluency in English is a plus.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

· Experience in the education sector is plus.
