Now Hiring – English Customer Service Advisor

Account type : Voice

Location: Hurghada

Join one of the world’s leading global brands in consumer electronics and smart technology! We're looking for enthusiastic, English speakers to join our customer support team serving the US market.

Requirements:

- English Level (B2) is a must.

- Graduates or undergraduates with no ongoing academic commitments.

- Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Job Details:

- Customer support via inbound calls

- 9-hour rotational shifts (24/7) including 1 hr 15 min break

- Work location: Smart Village - 6th of October
