This role requires strong ownership. If you wait for instructions or only “follow up,” this role will not be a good fit for you.
 

We are a fast-moving software company building custom systems and SaaS products across multiple industries (healthcare, telecom, internal tools). You will be responsible for making sure projects actually move and get delivered.

You will:

• Own delivery across multiple active projects (web + mobile)
• Turn unclear ideas into structured tasks and plans
• Manage developers, designers, and QA on a daily basis
• Run sprints and track real progress (not fake updates)
• Identify issues early and solve them before they escalate
• Push the team and hold people accountable
• Communicate clearly with leadership and occasionally clients
   

This is not a coordination role. You are expected to think, decide, and drive execution.
