Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions where needed Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations Analyze production data and prepare reports for management Oversee new product introduction (NPI) into production Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff Manage equipment performance, downtime, and preventive maintenance strategies Support cost-reduction and productivity improvement projects Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field+3 years of experience in production/manufacturing engineering Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, or similar) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
