This is a leadership role for a sales professional who understands CX solutions and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business success.

What You’ll Do• Lead and manage the BPO sales function end-to-end• Drive revenue growth across local & offshore markets• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients• Develop proposals, pricing models, and commercial offers• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding• Track performance, forecasts, and market trends
???? What We’re Looking For• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in BPO / Contact Center• Strong understanding of CX and outsourcing solutions• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills• Ability to close complex, high-value deals• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
