• Location: Giza, 6th October.--- Job Description:• Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.• Provide the customers with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.• Projects Pricing Management.• Prepare quotations for customers if needed and following up.• Get projects requirements from clients explain these projects to the technical team.• Follow up on pending projects with clients.• Follow up order process from order till delivery.• Coordinate customers visits to the company with the concerned department.• Solving any client problems.• Sell and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.• Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new products and services.• Assist the company in achieving the yearly target.--- Job Requirements:• B.
