Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing product or service training, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing feedback to optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients. Strong proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience in Training and mentoring junior team members to drive team performance. Proven ability in Sales Management, with knowledge of CRM tools and performance tracking systems. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing needs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the technology industry will be an added advantage.
